Zgemma h.s noise.

Hi has anyone come across an issue I am having since I bought the box....is it normal for white noise during advert and every new advert on...or during programme is on that few seconds between the programme finishing and advert starting and even new advert.I hope it make sense ....I was thinking is it a tuner problem.

Tried changing image to openatv image, still no good making a noise when changing to a different channel also....can anyone with an h.s model please check to see if this normal and see if you get a buzzing sound before the channel is displayed.....and also on sky news the rolling text at the bottom really blotchey/pixely Is tuner weak on these or have got a refurbished unit.....
