Satellite Zgemma H1 EPG help HD channels not working.

Hi,

i have my Box working now :)

but i do have a problem none of the HD channels work they are just blank (paid only) so the EPG i have channle 6 is Sly1(HD) black screen.

Sly1 (NONE HD) works fine, its also like this on film channels and sports.

any reason for this and is there a EPG i could use?
 
Only channels that will work in HD are bt sports and the fta HD channels.

You need to use the cable tuner , to activate the hd channels on this box , and that means you need to buy a cable line as well ,
 
Have you got a live cable feed coming into house??
Have you configured tuner b to cable also put your correct net id in for your area also do you have a virmin line/gift as if you want hd these boxes require a sly and virmin line
 
Hi guys thanks for the fast replys, I was testing cable on this box bit now I am using sly, is that why my epg is not right? How would I change it so I get a sly epg?
 
Green button>autobouqets e2>ok>menu what does it show next to numbering system? Sd or hd? If hd change it to sd
