Zgemma h1 signal tuner failed virgin

Hi guys I have about 90% of my channels working on my virgin feed comedy channel not working itv3 not working and pick keep getting tuner failed and maybe 5more not working I have the right area code for my box the feed has no spitter on the rest of the channels I get 98% signal anyone else having the same problems ??

when you scanned the list you got were not just channel names and some were numbers with no names but could be working,i presume you scanned from main feed with strongest signal?
