Cable Zgemma h2h Cable tuner error

Hi my zgemma h2h cable box as just satrted frezzing and becoming pixelated i have only had it since early December.
Sometimes i get the error Tuner Failed then the box can be ok for the next ten minutes then it starts agian .
It happens on fta and also paid channels its conneccted via a spliter that i have used on previous boxes with no problems.
I have also tried the direct cable feed and its just the same also tried at my neigbours house and still get the problems.
I been informed the server is running fine . Any suggestions what it could be .

Could be a faulty tuner. Speak to your supplier about the possibility of returning it for an exchange
