Zgemma H2H No Image OR FTA?

Lines fine however my zgemma is black? Any ideas?

what do you mean by no image? Fta sd only will clear with vm , have you restarted your cams if the line is good?

As said, BBC ONE HD isn't FTA on cable - only the SD versions of 1-5 are... check you have internet to the box, restart the cam, try a test line.

Sorry my bad. However BBC SD ITV SD none are working my box is picking up no channels. Internets fine.

Internet doesn't matter, if you're not getting 1-5 SD there's an issue with the connection / configuration - have you changed anything at all prior to this happening? ... do you have V*rgin internet? ... have you checked all connections?

All sorted. It was completely black for a good hour or so. Strange.
