Zgemma h2h out of range

As above my Zgemma h2h is giving me a "Out of range" message on my TV screen.
So I'm setting up a second box in an other room in my house. Flashed the box with biohead image, box restarted with the vbolt image on the screen next minute it dissappears with that message on my TV and also saying "Tuner 1 (Zgemmah2h)
Any ideas?

OK the box will boot up with the vbolt screen on the TV. When it gets to 70 on the box that's when the screen goes blank and I get that message.
Have tried 3 different hdmi cables and all 3 ports on the back of my Tv but still no joy.

Update:
OK set Box up in living room, got my line on. All channels show except fta channels?
Take box back to other room, connect all the cables but exact same problem. Just a blank screen on TV.
