hi just wondering if anyone has any ideas about an issue my mum is having with freezing channels
I have same box based in preston and line and box work fine,but after setting my mums up in oswaldtwistle using a line that works fine with me, she is having nothing but freezing issues.
Is it maybe the net Id? Any advice appreciated.

If your mum is in the same town/city then the net ID would be the same, If not then you can just Google VM net ID list. But assuming it's not. I had problems with Cccam. Cfg on my h2h with glitching and freezing. But I asked my line supplier to give me the line in MGcamd file. Worked fine ever since. Also check the splitter is screwed on tightly.

OP, same isps and routers? I do think some net ids do seem to be having different issues at the mo though.

No different isp mate as in different town but I tested her line and runs fine at mine

I’ll get her to check mate about the child safe...sh3? They have been messing with splitters so could also be a issue

Ah sorry mate , she has the new v6 box I have the TiVo , presume it’s same hub
