Zgemma H2H stuck on boot, HELp!

box arrived today with ATV image installed, tried flashing wooshbuild for the H2H it was a success on screen but then it just went into boot mode and is stuck, no image on the screen either now? anything I can do such as a hard reset?

cant you just turn box off at back and then once restarted run the flash from usb again ?
