Zgemma H2H takes ages to clear channels?

I have a problem with my Zgemma H2H which is running the latest IPab image. When I turn the box on from standby the premium channels takes ages to load and clear, something like 30 seconds minimum. Once the channels have then cleared the box works fine, this never used to happen in the past. Any ideas please?
