Zgemma H2s Flash problem

I know there has been lots of comment about the usb usb not being opened but my problem is slightly different . I have Openvix but want to use wooshbuild.when I try to flash Openatv I get the USB display but instead of FLSH I get Updates. Can anyone help it's driving me crazy.

rename the file called noforce to force, put the flash files on a formatted usb (fat32) and flash in the normal way

Thanks mate. Tried this and it worked - flashed ok.
