zgemma h2s mgcamd line problem

hello
i recently bought a zgemma box to replace my skybox f5. i set it up and installed my mgcamd line on it and it was all working fine. then 2 days later i lost all pay per view channels and cant seem to get them back. ive tried reinstalling the line but to no avail. any ideas??
