Zgemma H2s/xtream IPTV recording issue

Hi there,

I wonder if anyone else is having this issue?
I have xtream IPTV on my zgemma H2s but have issues recording off of it.
Most of the time it only records the first 7 minutes and then whilst watching it, it just shuts off and goes onto normal TV.
I have tried recording on an IPTV channel and watching something else (NOT on IPTV), still does it and also tried with the box off, still does it...

Can anyone help?

Some providers prevent you from recording iptv unless you opt for a multi-room sub. Apparently, watching and recording the same channel is considered as multi-room! Have a word with your provider.
