Zgemma no channels

Hi guys
Box was working fine yesterday. Turned it on today and nothing. Not even FTA. Is there something going on that I don't know about?
Any help would be great

When you say you have nothing, are you using the box for sat or cable? If using it for cable goto bbc1 sd only and if the channel clears you may need to restart your line in softcam panel

How do I restart sofcam?
I'm at work and will have to tell my son a step by step on how.

press blue button on remote, open softcam manager , highlight cam you're using, restart by pressing yellow button on remote

Try mgcamd mate

So I press blue button
My options are
Software manager
Softcam
system
Mounts
Network

Then I click on soft cam and it gives me three options
Softcam panel
Softcam panel setup
Download softcam

It gives me option of
Mg cam
Oscam
Ccam
I pressed mg cam in cam 1 then I press green for restart
Still nothing

Where did I go wrong?

Have you tried rebooting router and receiver?

Just done that. Still only got the wooshbuild screen. I'm not getting FTA which is strange. Any other ideas?
Anyone?

the fact that you've not got FTA channels tells me the box isn't connected to the VM cable

have you traced the cable back from the box to the wall and checked eveything's tight?

has someone damaged the cable outside?

what splitter is in use if any?

Run a network test on your box to make sure all have green ticks
