zgemma not flashing

ok i'm new to this and i've read other posts about issues with certain usb's but i cannot get the box to flash, followed all the instructions but the box continues to count up, so before it goes out the window can anyone give me some advice. I've used a sandisk ultra 32gb and a tosh 16 but still flashing.

Use the sandisk 1st have you unzipped the file after downloading

The usb is too big, find a 1gb kingston data traveller / integral. Use your bigger ones for recording.

I've got a 32GB which I first used to flash my Zgemma H2.

Best thing to do is to use Diskpart on windows to "clean" the pen drive and then format it to FAT32 again. Sorry if this sounds like a load of jargon, but this is what I did to get my 32GB stick which stopped working, to work again.

rubbish i ve flashed dozens of boxes with a 16/32GB sandisk flash sticks
