ZGemma problems

Hi all

Our ZGemma is great but..... it freezes every time we answer the landline. We have a double phone socket adapter into the incoming phone socket..then the phone line extension - then the little filter that Sly provide.

Is there something we can do to stop this?

Are the phone and router both plugged into the filter at the end of the extension lead. If not then you need another filter.........one for router and one for the phone.

Shouldn't the filter.be connected at the main box before any extentions?
