ZGemma RF Output

Anyone know if there is an issue with the RF output on the Zgemma H2 box? Been trying to setup at my caravan but the power to my satellite dish dropped after about 2 minutes and I can't get it back. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Tuner A in & LNB In. Not Loop Out.

If it's the old H2 I think there is an RF input ( not an output) , and you have loop out,and there is an antenna power switch, but the satellite dish would connect to LNB in.
