Zgemma satellite issue

Hi folks
I have 2 of these boxes and 1 lost all channels as I was watching last night. Now I have swapped them over to see if cables issue but it's not working in other room. When trying to scan tells me to configure tuners. When I go into these no satellites there. I had a look on forum but couldn't find an answer. Was hoping someone might have experienced this, any help appreciated please

Problem solved, cam failing to start so could not see satellites. Restart cam and all is well in the world again.
