zgemma star 2 help please

hi guy my zgemma star 2 box was working fine until 2day my power went of so i turned the box back on and i now have now channels at all all i have is just the openvix screen on my tv if i go into tv guide it says favourites(TV) AND THERE ARE NO CHANNELS ON THERE JUST BLANK

run autobouquets scan, then press down and favs, your channels will be back
