Hopefully someone can help me out. My zgemma box has gone off at first I thought the severs where down but when I press epg in the tv guide / bouquet instead of having the lists saying all channels, entertainment etc it just says favourites. I've tried restarting the box reinstalling the hard drive and downloading the cross epg again but still nothing anybody any ideas?
