Hi guys, I recently purchased a zgemma star s. Yesterday it turned on and after tuning it in I was able to watch the free channels. This morning I have turned it on and it does nothing but tell me there is a fault and it needs to restart. My first thought was to factory reset and start again but it's not allowing me to. It just turns off as soon as I press the menu button. Can any of you guys throw me any information as to what I can do from here? Or have I now just got a new door stop?.
