Zgemma star s stuck on boot

Hi. My zgemma star s boots ok, i get a picture but no sound and the front of the box still says boot.????
Using ipab 1.3.1 have reflashed but still the same, reflashed with with woosh but still the same. Any help if possible?

I've tried reflashing my usb and switching it on but it remains on boot? any advice please?

Havnt sent mine back yet, im positive its a current problem with atv, got a day off tomoz so will give vix a flash before sending it back.
