I have bought a zgemma s and have purchased a server. i cant connect to the box through file zilla, any help?

Yeah i'll help.

Right go on your zgemma
Menu > Information > Network
Make a note of the boxes IP Address.
go to filezilla
then fill out the follwoing:
IP address: *ZGEMMA IP* (the one you made note of)
Port: 21
Username:root
Password:root
then when you have purchased your line, find out whether it is a C line or a N line.

N line goes in:

USR > Keys > Newcamd.list *right click Edit* put the N Line in the top line of the Notepad Document

C line goes in: etc > CCcam.cfg *right click Edit* put the C line in there

Or you can use Dreambox control centre (in the downloads section) to connect to your box

That is also an option,

Should probably mention that after you have put your line in, you need to set the zgemma to read from mgcamd or CCcam

Menu > Setup > Softcam / CI > Softcam Manager
There you will see mgcamd & CCcam
If you have a N Line select MGcamD
If you have a C Line select CCcam
then hit yellow to restart the cam, it'll restart then happy days :woohoo:
