zgemma star s2 box will not go past boot.

First I lost most of the channels then, then staying at boot. Need help
I am new to the site so please be patient.
How To Create a Flash usb and then flash box, or do i install new firmware or are these both the same.

All help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to flash a new image via USB, yes both what you say are the same. Then put your line back on via FTP.

Thanks mate, "what dose this mean" sorry, I really haven't a clue. As I have just joined i'm also waiting for permission to download the firmware.
