Hi guys,
please can someone help.
i had the h1 box & used a sea gate hard drive with no problems.
i have installed s2 box but when I record a program every channel I go on shows the flashing ' R ' at the end of the banner.
so I can only record 1 channel.
i have tried reinitializing & also removing hd.
also restart, restart gui but when I use hd problem persists.
any help would be much appreciated.

Have you enabled Tuner A & B and have 2 cables in correctly to back of box -bottom right and top left?

can only enable A B or auto or am I on the wrong menu page ?

Hi, if you go into System>Service Searching>Tuner Configuration you should have TunerA and TunerB, if you click on each and change the satellite from 28.2 to automatic when you click OK it will scan to check for signal and should revert back to 28.2 if al is good, this is the best way i check tuners, have had a couple faulty ones over the years. Also make sure you have the cables in the correct ports, not the loop port, have had many people do this, as said should be top left, bottom right. Cheers
