Zgemma Star s2

Just got a Zgemma Star S2 so I'm brand new at this.
All the family are big Ice hockey fans and in the UK its on premier sports.
We have the virgin media setup of the above box.
when we try view Premier sports it doesn't show any picture but it is lit up suggesting it's available
any ideas why I can't view this channel?
 
Just checked mate it clearing on sky and virgin here. Have you had the channel before if not maybe ask provider if he has it.

No not had the channel before I have only had the box 2 days
 
As its showing up in boquet its more than likely the person you got you line/gift of either hasnt got that channel or is having problems with it.

And yes mate it is part of setana Ireland thats why not every provider offers it.

Yes thats the reason, the line provider hasn't access to the Setanta channels.

Solution: go to a different line provider, and ask beforehand if it will cover Setanta (most do)

Or possibly thats an old channel list you have?? I know Setanta moved frequency recently
 
Diffrent cards mate yours is virmin his sly. His virmin card hasnt got it by sounds of it best ask him mate. If not as suggested above try a test line to make sure it has what you require before commiting.
