Zgemma star2s picture keeps freezing for a few seconds every 5-10 minutes

Hello

What could be causing this? Picture keeps freezing for a few seconds then starts again but has missed the time it has been frozen. Keeps happening eevry 10 minutes or so. It is driving the family mad getting loads of grief. What could be causing it? Both tuners in. Very good satellite signal strength. 32 MBpS internet speed. Is it common or is there a reason. It happens on all channels including the free to air ones. Thanks in advance for any answers.
 
Could be interference from your router or other electrical devices. Mobiles/telephones, wireless headphones, etc etc/

If your router is near your box, move them apart.

How is your box connected to the internet. Via direct cable, second router and direct cable, homeplugs or wifi.

Very good signal strength? what strength have you got. Anything under 75 is going to start struggling.

What the weather like? Severe weather can obviously effect your signal.

Is your hdmi cable in properly. Give it a wiggle.

are your fconnectors tight. are your fconnectors sealed and waterproofed at the dish end.

Weather is fine. Box connected by ethernet into router. Router not next to box but a bit away. Signal strength 90.
 
free to air shouldn't freeze at all unless something is interfering or there is a problem with your connectors, cables or dish alignment.

scrambled channels can freeze if you have got a crap server that is overloaded or your internet is not 100% stable.

The only other thing I can think of is your box might be running out of memory.

What build have you got on your box. Do you have cacheflush plugin installed?
