Zgemma stuck on boot

Hi guys I'm a newbie so take it easy on me, I bought zgemma s2 and some how my 5 year old manage to get the box stuck on boot, I contacted the person I had the box off and was sent a usb with files on which fixed the problem, but my friends box as done the same stuck on boot what I want to know can I use the usb I was sent on my mates box, any help would be much appreciated

just try re-flashing the box

If your friend has a zgemma the same as you then yes but if it is another brand even ibox then no
