zgemma2s in boot loop

hi i done a factory rest on my box
i had wooshbuild software my
box is now stuck on a loop the box
boots up still with wooshbuild then
it will come up as thought the rest was done
with woosbuild logo do not press any buttons
your box will restart then the box will crash
thanks for any help

cheers got a mucker to re-flash my box
all is working ok in my muckers house with xtreamtv
but when i take it back to mine the box ip changes and it
will not work
