zgemma2s stuff in boot loop

hi, my new zgemma box is stuck in boot loop. I am trying to reflash it but it wont recognise any of the 3 usb pen a have, does it need to be a certain brand/size usb for it to be able to read it? any info appreciated thanks

I use a Kingston data traveller 8gb are you using the back USB ? It will come up with USB then need to press the power button to start to flash

Thanks mate, I'll order 1 now. Yes I used the back USB, I tried pressing button once/ holding it down etc, still it won't work for me ha. I think it's only certain USBs that work

Most usbs should be able to be fixed by downloading hddguru free format tool.
Untick quick and format the usb with hddguru.
Then in windows format untick quick and format it again.
Then copy back on the zgemma folder ur using to flash.
