Yes, deactivate server. There is no off option.

Does anyone have NickjrPawpetrol working on Viark 4k sat? It is highlighted but does not clear. All other channels seems working OK on 28.2

Never worked for me. Other sat same channel clears.

Thanks. Managed to bring online. Was connected with Ethernet so removed that and connected with WiFi. Looks like network reset so that done the tick for now.

Try setup > installation > factory restore

that’s how it is for the sat 4k, might be something similar for the drs too

For factory reset Menu - Settings - STB - Factory Default - Factory Reset.

you said in an earlier post you had a drs? If so the latest firmware is 1.03 and 1.02 for the drs2 which box do you have?
