So my Viark sat 4k arrived today ( installed it down at my caravan) just realised like an idiot I've forgot to bring my laptop and USB, is there anyway at all of installing the relevant bin file via WiFi through the actual box??

Not on the original firmware, no.

Only thing I can even think of is download software to phone and trying to plug phone via usb into usb slot at the rear and see if it picks it up. Other than this ask in the office maybe of the camp site.

Leave a cheap old laptop in the caravan always handy to have penuts on the bay they are.

If your phone has OTG download rar app to unzip firmware then transfer to USB

Problem is being able to find which directory you have stored it in on the phone. You may need a file browser. I have also found that the front slot on the dual did not see my 256gb stick but in the usb 3 slot on the back it was fine.

On my phone I downloaded firmware extract zip in rar app it shows in downloaded then extract again save fills to USB

Just buy a usb OGT cable, unzip file to phone then, insert OTG cable into phone with usb stick inserted into cable and drag the file to your usb stick and then load file that way. Or extract straight to usb stick via OTG cable if it allows you
Make sure you get correct cable for your phone ie usb c etc

Does apps show on the viark when it's unpatched?
FTP?
If so use WiFi FTP server app on your phone, download the app from playstore etc and load that way.

Collect laptop and usb from Argos, sit in car, hotspot laptop to phone, download the file, save on usb, delete files from laptop and return to argos "changed my mind".

OTG cable and usb stick is all thats needed and can be kept for future use?
