I think you can’t get this apk without a provider you need a provider to get this app.

Not possible with custom apps they will be provider locked.

There's also xciptv that has the sky glass look but as mentioned you will never get the sky glass unlocked to any provider that's the whole point of a rebrand so it's specific to a service not just anyones
