Servers/ Streams?

Just curious, do the channel streams come through the panel owners own network, or does the panel just sort of redirect to some main server? Reason i ask is, on occasions say, if your watching the Liverpool match, it could be fine, whereas if you change to say Leicester, it could be buffering. Surely if they're coming from a single overloaded server, they should all be buffering??

Depends most are restreamed through a third party data centre. The main streams would be fine but if the band width allowance is hitting high volumes on match day then hence the reason for buffering.
