Ear / hearing issue

Right back from the surgery left ear okay but there is a blockage , syringed but not loosened the hard bit .
Got ear drops to use morning and night to soften it up and going back in the near future.

Was told Sauna is good to help it melt. 40c is probably my limit.
Have you only just started putting the drops in , or did you start at the beginning of the week.

Was not out until today and as the nurse said its hard and needs softening to get it out.
First time getting done so did not know what was needed.
Starting tonight with the drops.

Dont take this the wrong way , however you asked for advice, and I told you to put drops in to soften the wax on Monday, it may have got it all out. Obviously you didn't know know what was causing it but you didn't have any pain so wasn't an infection, so a little bit of olive oil wouldn't have done any hsrm.
Good luck next time

No issues there as medical card pays for it and it gets me out of the house for a while.

Only thing i had ear was carb cleaner and sprayed the mirror 😂

Back in with the nurse for bloods and other things and they washed the rocks out of my head.

Nice to enjoy music again as hearing back again

I have had my right ear de waxed 3 time over the last 35 years but left never had it done its fine. . I was reading you can be just prone to getting a build up of wax, it looks like I am in my right ear. but I had to pay, the local nurse said you cant get it on the NHS now, cost me £45 for getting it done, it was about £25 before but like everything the chemists, have realized its a good earner now.. i tried stuff over the counter but for me they didn't work..

You should have taken them home and tried them there. 👍

I have to put moisturiser/ ointment/ vaseline in mine regularly, they're dry as a bone.

And they itch inside, it drives me up the wall sometimes
