hi i have just got my new box on the front it says viark sat 4k on the side it says 4k uhd multistream dvb X2S H265 sat box, which firmware do i need to upgrade, also how do I get the encrypted channels open. I have tried the 4k firmware but comes up as failed 114, i have also tried the X2S, put the bin file in and nothing happens just reboots after a few mins, can someone please advise on the correct firmware.

Saved file to usb, put usb in box, click on PT_VIARK_SAT_4K_V1.21.bin to uploaded file , upload all to usb, when data uploaded says successful. USB boot upgrade bin, click on bin file, asked if want to upload database, click yes, fail error 114.
 
Thanks, I have followed the steps, but still keeps coming up fail 114. It not uploading the software?

Download and try This One

Put USB into front slot, Menu, Net & Games, USB, select file then confirm to update database.

If that fails try another USB stick.

Ok I will try this one later thanks, I will let you know if it works, but it might be tomorrow.
