Can somebody please help me. We've had problems with our battery and now it's asking for a key code. I have no idea what it is?

Hello
The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

Otherwise try your Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service..

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as they are not calculated using software but require access to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

Otherwise try your Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service..

would you be able to kindly assist me with my radio code for my transit i changed the battery and its gone the serial numer of the radio is V073317 any help would be most grateful

I most probably will buy another cd player as mine is a bit goosed and does not always work when required.
 
Update on the Radio Code..

Managed to get the Code from the Transit forum. They don't appreciate people popping in just to abuse the service they like to you to share some knowledge etc. something like this place.

But all good.
