M078435: 9153 this code was wrong but I don't think that's the correct serial number think the one starting with v is thanks

If it is the "M" Serial code, the code is 0874, if it is the "V" code, then it is only available from a main dealer.

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M123456 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
