Another no signal issue. Mine seems different then others.

Hi having big issues with no signal on my f5s. I am having similar issues with the no signal as most others, but my signal over the last couple of days is very unreliable. So for 1 hour all channels can be working fine (fta & subs). Then for 30 min all channels with have no signal then they odd channel with work like SS2. I've had my skybox for a few years now and this is the first time if had this issue. This is the only box connected to the dish no other sky+/f5s in the house. Any help will be much appreciated.

Note firemware are is up to date.
 
The power unit with the plug on which connects to power supply and the box.
These are notoriously bad after a while and can cause intermittent problems.
Must be the correct type for voltage etc and purchased from fleabay for @ £5.
Also check connections at both ends for possible dirt or poor fitting.

Iv swapped the power supply with my brothers (different house) he's in working fine but I'm still getting the no signal issues :/

I have swapped the cable with my brothers (different house) and his box is running with no issues with my cable and my box is still playing up with no signal, so far it is suggesting I have an issue with my dish. I'm going to swap boxing over with my brother to see if it's my box that's the issue. If the same happens what what but like the issue with my dish? Any ideas would be good
