Upset!! no not all but my Digibit was working perfectly well the other night then thread exploded and we had to do all new images.
So I went bed before anyone could tell me it was broken again 😆
 
Did you restore settings, could be your settings thats screwed it up.
Have you tried removing and installing again
If that fails I would just reflash without restoring any settings. Make sure you have a copy of your line etc first tho
Check that you have a server country selected.
Or select the remove the account details, and then change provider and start from the first page. Version 1 was a short lived single provider plugin which was soon replaced, so a few things changed for the better.

How did you sort mate?

No matter what I try I can't get the VPN to connect - shall reflash and see if that sorts.
 
Hi carlhuz, Not too sure what i did to get it t work. opened it up, went back to select vpn supplier, selected digibit. Save settings then select which country to use vpn. Save settings. Exit digibit completely. Re start it again pressed 1 to start and away it went.
It's like you have to re start the whole process. Mind you, i did have to try a couple of times before it worked. Suggest you just keep trying things but remember to save the settings each time. Hope this helps in some small way
 
When testing VPN, try the London / UK servers first. Digibit there a around 10 and PIA has 2 x UK servers I think.

API can also sometimes take longer to connect fully that the IP address checker takes to check. If you close the plugin and re-open, you may find your IP had changed too as this will give it much longer to have connected.

I could add a 10 second ip check but I get bored of waiting
 
Hi wooshman, didibit servers all seem very slow. Have not found one that is over 10 yet. Been on to digibit and they say they are aware of the problem and are working on a fix.........that's what they say anyway
 
For some reason when I start it using pia it bluescreens the box and reboots.

Digibit seems to connect but ip doesn't change
 
had the same problem with digibit not changing the ip. Went to digibit on net, in account settings change password. That seems to sort it

I can't do anything about any of them. The plugin just copies files on your behalf to the right place. What servers run, don't run or the speeds of them is out of my hands.

Changing password also sorted a firestick not connecting issue, so it isn't the plugin causing it.

Re. Web Updates
On downloading/applying web updates (Quick Launch Menu>Software Manager>Software Update), the STB will not re-boot.
The network activity light flashes after a while & it just shows "boot" indefinitely.
I've tried 3 times, over 3 days;
Initially after install, before attempting web-update I scanned-in satellites (setting DiSEqCs, etc)
& then installed a working oscam-emu 11392 (having first un-installed, the pre-existing "oscam_atv 1.2 11214").
I didn't change anything else at that time.
It had listed 35 available updates, & said 38 had been installed.
Is there a way of installing them one by one, or in groups?

Scanned Satellites Disappeared
The following has happened only once:
Once, after re-booting the STB, the only listed scanned satellite was 28E; though I had scanned/saved other sats - they had "disappeared".
I re-scanned two of them (not bothering to scan the rest because it takes a while)
On re-boot later, all of the originally scanned sats were back again.

Channel Names Go Missing In User-Bouquets
After a re-boot, some of the channels (just a few), from time to time, show in my personal/User-Bouquets as "<n/a>";
though when clicked on, the associated channels open.
The channel-name is restored, when I click on another channel, then back again.
Note: I had copied over my previous ".tv" user-bouquet files from/to "etc/enigma2"
Two of the channels that this happens to are "ITV HD" & "ITV +1".
I've deleted both from the user-bouquets, replaced with different regional versions
but both showed up as "<n/a>" on a later re-boot.

I'm certainly having problems with the line 'deactivating' on my Zgemma H2.S as I posted here long before W7. I get a blank screen on paid channels so go to Softcam Panel to ReStart Cam (mgcamd_1.38r1) with no effect.

I've tried uninstalling the line and reinstalling via the CAM importer and sometimes that works only for the line to again stop working shortly thereafter. Sometimes waiting a minute or two sitting on the blank channel the picture appears but at other times nothing. I've tried a fresh install using Basebuild and every works fine initially but again the line stops working within hours, sometimes immediately after a channel change to free channel.

I've spoken to my line supplier who confirms all okay at his end.

I've even tried removing the softcam plugin and reinstalling but once again the issue persists. I've been to hell and back with this but I don't know what is causing the problem.

To be honest it sounds more like your supplier....i know he's said his end is ok but iv'e also heard that blag a hundred times before....and if you say it's been doing it long before v6 then ii would guess it is him.

Hi ok first off it was not safe to do updates it was a ATV issue and nothing to do with wooshbuild....he has redone his images for the updates to work,but i'm not sure he's done one on your box yet.no you cant pick individual update from list...its all or nothing.

as for your scanned sats ive never seen that happen before.

i Had something like that happen with my bouquets ages ago but it was my network supplier.i haven't seen that one for a long time.
