Installing as we speak!
However it doesn't seem to be installing picons but it's not finished yet.

Open WB config and select the backup option and backup your line.

Then update the box to Infinity. You can then use USB cam importer to restore your line.

New to this.
What is infinity?
Is it instead of open atv 6.1?

No mate whooshbuild infinity is a build you put on after atv 6.2
6.1 is old now if your using that your box needs updating!

With a cleanly flashed box using openATV 6.2 exit out of all of the setup wizards.
Once you have done that, press Blue button -> Select Network -> Select Network Interface
This screen will show you the IP address of the box. It will look slightly different as I have the skyQ skin installed.

Now you have the ip address of the box you can open webif and go from there.

I have flashed an H7, H9S and Zgemma today since I fixed the infinity setup. Makido has also tested on a Vu+ box.

Just to update you, I have tried everything suggested, switching off other boxes clean flash 6.2 connecting via ip on webif still the same.
I get to the infinity setup only by forcing reboot and it will crash on initialisation or if I bypass that it will crash on selecting region and skins and the plugins run on a loop with a lot of unknown packages.
I have thought of contacting wos has I bought it in Jan, but unsure if they would cover this on guarantee.
I would appreciate it if anybody knows someone who could fix it with me covering costs etc'
I think my router is ok as I run two h2s and a droixbox by ethernet as well and all is well with them so I presume Im unlucky and its some kind of firmware issue

You need to write your IP address in the url bar at the very top

Have a look on your router your box ip should be there

Open command prompt on your laptop type
ping zgemmah52tc
Should give you your ip address. Then type it into your web browser

are you saying the ip address isn't showing on the tv screen or it didn't work when you typed it into the address bar at the top?
how did you install infinity if webif doesn't work?
