h2h no softcams

not tried it yet, got a H2s box here used for testing etc, will reflash tomorrow from scratch and add freerange and see what happens.
If nothing, I'll edit the secret-feed.conf file in etc/opkg

Edit I have managed to download these from softcam feeds so test if feeds are working

For mipsel boxes only not ARM 4k boxes.

mgcamd 1.38 and CCcam 2.3.2 in the attached softcam-feed.zip file

CCcam.cfg and newcamd.list goes in usr/keys. You may also need the mg_cfg file from here WilloBuild Enigma2 Toolkit goto softcams and lines.zip

Not the best with tech do I put these on a pen drive and plug in to box to update ?

Yes you can put one of the IPK'S on a USB stick and plug into box and follow onscreen instructions or ftp ipk to tmp and install via ipk installer

So did you get any errors when it tried to install ipk? What box are you using?

- OpenATV this will be Press Blue Button -> Plugins -> Choose IPK Installer -> (3) Memory /tmp -> (1) Install Extensions -> select the IPK (OK) and press green

- OpenVix this will be ‘Menu -> Setup -> ViX -> Install local extension

no just comes up 0 installed and no errors done the usual restart then plugins ..download plugins nowt.. xtrend 8500

Yes, thank you - that fix enables the Softcams download! The list of Softcams has changed, now has newer versions of mgcamd and oscam.

You need to download the softcam you want from the plugins before it shows in softcam manager.

This should be fixed. Try the universal softcam feeds in willo's toolkit or reflash and install your preferred build

I think the file appears after flashing with the latest version of OpenATV 6.2. But the Softcams issue may have been fixed (see previous post).
