no mgcamd 1.45 or oscam
all VM channels gone off?

I am running openvix no sign of mgcmd 1.45
Can't get mgcmd 1.45 on openvix only 1.38
I think you'll have to use oscam then from what I have read

What build are you running as some it's already in there for plugins else you'll have to use Oscam.

what nonsense are you talking about?
i've always used oscam, i simply made the two settings changes in my oscam config and, voila, the channels started working again. and because my provider had already made the required changes at the server end the channels re-appeared instantly once i applied the settings change.
it is as clear cut as that, if you can't understand that then bugger off and pay virgin for a proper subscription.

i simply gave the appropriate resonse to a post that was non-sensical.
you said there have been no clear cut instructions - there have been plenty. read them and take note. leave your "end of the world" crap at the front door.
I have duo2 running OBH4.2, with MGCamd 1.45a and all went off except FTA, I have installed Oscam and done the 2 tick boxes on readers page, still nothing...
Any words of wisdom to help us out a bit...

as has been stated numerous times already in this thread.
if your line provider hasn't made the back end changes that they need to also do then you won't get any channels.
that is the only wisdom that is needed.
It was confirmed last night that it has..
Use levi45s SoftCam manager, that comes with mgcamd 1.45

well either you haven't configured oscam properly, or your line provider is telling fibs.
if the provider has done their end then mgcamd should would as well as oscam.

Your provider has to do the fix at there end aswell not just end users

He is running a shared cashe server which is why its freezing

all my provider said was to load mgcamd 1.45

no worries bud. first of all check to see if you have Oscam.
press blue button, softcam, softcam setup, then press right or left to select your cam and see if you have Oscam already.
