Anyone Recommend A Good IPTV Service for--- July-August-Sept 2019

Now that vermin has went tits up for the footy l am looking a reliable iptv provider, l already have IPTV but the lag time is about 45 seconds so looking something quicker, must have 3pm kick offs, ppv events and not needing a VPN to watch it.
