Windows 7 Blue screen on boot

Old Dell XPS think W7 as not sure if it could take W10 as now thrown up error codes and possible corrupted hard drive , nothing i try will go any further even safe mode.

Does that mean all info is lost , are any bootable cds or usb to boot up to check ?

Dont want to spend much money on it but wanted to check if i had Malwarebytes premium on it to remove and use on something else..

Thoughts? as no idea how long this Asus laptop is going to last also.

I don’t know how to repair it but to get info off it you could take the hd out and plug into another pc or into a caddy and plug into your laptop to see if the data is still accessible
