Confused F5s CCcam .cfg gone missing!!!

Helo there,
I've had libertView f5s for a year now. It was working perfectly until today. After doing some research, I came to understand that CCcam .cfg had gone missing. Obviously channels dont work without those line, comes up 'SCRAMBLED' on every channel except freeview channels.

I am trying to make sence of how this happened. I had bought the box from someone who I assume had already paid the subscription for CCcam .cfg . But is it possible for him to remotely delete the CCcam .cfg file on the box or does it automatically gets deleted after the subscription ends.

Sorry for being a noob. I'm new to stuff.

its been a while since ive looked at one of these boxes & not too sure on menu location via the remote but you can check to see IF your line is online or IF it's login in but not online, obviously If its not online you wont clear paid for channels, I dont recall any way that the box can have its CCcam.cfg file removed from the box remotely so it is probably still there just not active or online giving you two option as to why: 1st its simply not online so you need to restart the cam & or box & make it connect again, 2nd its been shut down server side because its run out for some reason such as end of subscription period or test line expired type thing. Sorry I cant help more as this is all I can recall from memory


Just noticed you said you had it one year....could it be your subscription has ended & you need to pay for renewal?

Once you have purchased a new line----keep a copy with the date and e-mail address of provider on your pc---then do a little reading on how to insert your line and all will be good again.[
