Viark Disconnected

Hi I have had my box a week and everything was working the channels opened, just gone on today and nothing opening, can get a wifi connection but it is working on other things, in the information tab it saying disconnected Can anyone help.

Press ok, if it doesn't connect restart stb and check again

They have done upgrade on the server so reboot required

Net & Games down to PT see if it's connected or disconnected think it's OK button to reconnect.

hi no joy for some reason i have no wifi connection tryed putting in my password just comes up fail.

If all that fails.

Power box down and pull the plug reboot your router then power the Viark back on.

I had this when I used my Sat 4k more often than my Dual the way I got round it was to rename the network and change the password but you'd have to reconnect every device. The other way would be to enable the guest network on your router and only have the Viark on it.

Someone also had success with switching the low power standby to OFF in the settings
