Managed to get it working. On windows app just click activate another device and put your device key in etc and pay

This link takes you to Microsoft store (UK) and can install from there, I'm guessing OP has an activation key as official site doesn't sell them anymore.

Anyone know if there's keygens for this? 🤣 🤣
