F5 box scrambled help

hey guys im new here so i dont really know how it works here, so yeah I have a F5 have had if for around 2-3 years and this year i wanted to change my line so i put a test line on it but its not working help pls.

After you put it in did you then pressed okay did you press green to activate then press exit it should then say saving then reeboot box also was it exactly as sent (if you put it in manually that is)

its a c line and yes i pressed the green button and after that rebooted the system

Did you press exit before rebooting so it saves line

Long shot but try unplugging your box from the socket and plug back in. Sometimes this works, not sure why!
Happens with Openboxes regularly, when connections are changed

yes i pressed exit so it can save and ive also tired to unplug the whole box

Check that your ethernet socket is flashing when connected.
Ensure box is set for ethernet.
Go to network settings and see if your line is ticked and showing online [not ticked is common error]

if checked it everyting is fine except in the ccam option is says that c: server is offline

Get a test line off this forum and try it---I think your other line is gone.

You do know that test lines normally only operate for 24 hours from time of issue I assume ?
If you don't test it straight away it may already have expired ?

Also did you delete your old expired line you had before installing test.
