I don't found good app for watching iptv on windows and I'm thinking about buying android device and connect it to laptop.

Not the way to do it pal that is arse backwards. Install an emulator on the laptop that will allow you to run any android app.

I was trying bluestack but my hp omen has biggest problem to handle it.

Not enough memory the emulators are very data hungry. Use smarters lite app on the laptop that is as good as the android version and will run perfectly fine on windows OS.

I'm thinking about changing laptop for mac it's better option?
Mac have iptv players?
