I would try a hard factory reset, done by holding a pin into the ir port for 20 seconds I think it is. When you do a factory reset via menus, it doesn't seem to completely reset everything
 
Latest instalment. Miraculously all poster came back. Then slowly started going again. One here one there.
I made sure no other devices were running. Tried clearing cashe and then eventually cleared all data. Updated and then all posters are now gone. So it’s not memory, it’s not other devices.
Can anyone link me to another app. Can you still get purple player ?
 
I think the issue lies with the box. Its an older box. Servers are continuously being upgraded to run newer boxes. There are continuous upgrades in codec, processors etc which your older box may not be able to handle. Thumbnails are one of them.
